Cancellation Policy

CONQUER YOUR WAR – FULL EVENT, SERVICE, & LIABILITY POLICY 1. Scope of Services Conquer Your War provides mobile fitness training, adventure-based experiences, and custom event services designed to deliver high-performance, community-driven outcomes. Services include, but are not limited to: Mobile group fitness sessions Beach and outdoor training programs Adventure-based activities (hiking, water-based training, rafting, etc.) Guest signings and meet-and-greet events Invitational, promotional, and ticketed events Private and corporate activations All services are executed in alignment with the Conquer Your War mission: discipline, resilience, and personal growth through controlled adversity. 2. Core Service Requirement Every event includes a mobile fitness session as the primary deliverable. This session: Will be adapted to participant skill levels Will align with the environment and event type May range from light mobility to high-intensity training No event is considered complete without fulfillment of this core service unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. 3. Location & Environmental Flexibility Standard events are conducted in beach or outdoor environments. However, Conquer Your War reserves the right to adjust location based on: Client request Event design or theme Safety concerns Weather or environmental conditions Permit or access limitations Alternative environments may include: Mountain or trail systems Rivers and whitewater locations Ocean or bay environments Private or public outdoor venues All programming will be adapted to maintain safety, performance, and operational integrity. 4. Custom Event Structure Custom events may include: Special guest signings and appearances Promotional or invitational engagements Ticketed public events Multi-vendor or multi-activity experiences Each custom event is uniquely structured and may require: Advanced coordination Security or staffing support Equipment and logistics planning Permits and regulatory compliance 5. Pricing & Payment Terms All pricing is custom and negotiable based on scope, location, and logistics A formal proposal will be issued prior to contract execution A deposit is required to secure the event date Remaining balance must be paid per contract terms Additional costs may include: Travel and lodging Equipment transport Staffing or security Permit or venue fees Failure to complete payment may result in cancellation of services.
