  • No medical evaluations are conducted by AHF 311 or Conquer Your War

  • Participation is at your own discretion and risk

  • If you have a medical condition, you should seek clearance from a licensed healthcare provider prior to participation

4. No Professional or Therapeutic Relationship

Participation in any program, mentorship, conversation, or event does not establish:

  • A doctor-patient relationship

  • A therapist-client relationship

  • A legal advisor-client relationship

Mentorship and peer support offered are community-based and not a substitute for licensed professional services.

5. Minors & Guardian Responsibility

Any participant under the age of 18 must:

  • Have permission from a parent or legal guardian

  • Be supervised as required by the nature of the activity

Parents and guardians assume full responsibility for the safety and conduct of minors.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Appalachian Heroes Foundation (AHF 311), Conquer Your War, their founders, officers, volunteers, partners, and affiliates shall not be held liable for:

  • Any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

  • Personal injury, illness, or loss

  • Property damage or loss

  • Participation-related outcomes of any kind

Participation is voluntary and at your own risk.

7. Donations & Financial Contributions

All donations made to Appalachian Heroes Foundation (EIN: 82-4111900) are voluntary.

  • Donations may be tax-deductible to the extent permitted by law

  • No goods or services are required for participation unless explicitly stated

  • Refunds are not guaranteed unless specified in writing

This disclaimer shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, including Santa Rosa County, where applicable.
