Refund Policy

All payments, donations, event registrations, memberships, and service fees made to Appalachian Heroes Foundation (AHF 311) and Conquer Your War are final and non-refundable.

By completing a payment, you acknowledge and agree that:

• No refunds will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to schedule conflicts, non-attendance, change of plans, or dissatisfaction

• Donations are voluntary and non-refundable

• Event and program fees secure participation and resources in advance and cannot be returned

In limited circumstances, at the sole discretion of AHF 311 or Conquer Your War, a credit toward a future event or service may be offered, but is not guaranteed.

Tax Deductible Donations Notice

All donations made to Conquer Your War under Appalachian Heroes Foundation (EIN: 82-4111900) are tax-deductible to the extent permitted by law.

Appalachian Heroes Foundation is a recognized nonprofit organization, and no goods or services are provided in exchange for donations unless otherwise stated.

Donors should retain their receipt for tax reporting purposes and consult a qualified tax professional regarding individual deductibility.
